I'll dispute that one with my credit card company!! I went to the front desk each day to no avail. Our beds were never made, our floors were never vacuumed and the trash was never dumped for 3 days. When we would call for housekeeping, they would bring us a 'care package' which consisted of fresh towels and a bar of soap. NO HOUSEKEEPING FOR 3 DAYS!!!! When I go on vacation one of my favorite points is to have my room cleaned. WOW, no ice at a 'resort' in the desert!!!!!! We had to drive to Safeway down the road to get ice. All ice machines were out of order, the marina closes at 2:00 and the Cantina that would give you a small portion of ice that was to be open until 7 pm was closed. Let me remind you again, 110 degree heat and NO ICE AVAILABLE. We were left to fend for ourselves in 110 degree heat with small children. We arrived at 2:00 exactly in 110 degree heat and were told check-in was 5:00 on Sundays and they would not have our rooms ready until then.

Having been here numerous times before I had her verify check-in. When I booked the reservation the 'new girl' tried to tell me check-in was 11:00. Our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 tweeners and 1 toddler.
